Link Logistics is one of the largest operators of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties in the U.S. Founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of Blackstone, Link Logistics now operates more than 3,000 strategically located warehouses and distribution facilities. These industrial properties are located across more than 40 primary U.S. metro areas, with concentrations in Southern California, the Northeast Corridor and key Midwest and Sun Belt distribution hubs. The company provides integrated services including property leasing, facility management, site selection analysis and build-to-suit development for e-commerce retailers, third-party logistics providers, manufacturers and regional distributors. Its last-mile properties help businesses reach consumers faster and more efficiently.
